So I am channeling summer on this horrible dreary and SNOWY APRIL day in New Jersey! Seriously Spring is being so rude this week! We are over the cold here in NJ and we are ready to go outside and get some Vitamin D! Ok well since I can’t have tropical weather right now I went for a tropical drink to try and change my mood! Think Pina Colada but way healthier!!! This was AHHHHMAZING! It was originally a beach body recipe but I of course had to make it my own!! I can’t leave anything alone!

Coconut Lime Shake

Yield: 1 serving

Coconut Lime Shake

You could definitely play around with the amounts of the liquids to bring the calorie count down. You could do 2 ounces of juice and 2 of water if you prefer. The more banana and ice you add the thicker it will get but you can add additional of these items as well! I counted it as 1 yellow, 1 red


  • Vanilla Shakeology
  • 4 ounces of Pineapple juice or Orange Juice (no added sugar)
  • 4 ounces of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 Tbs of lime juice
  • 1 tsp of lime zest
  • 1 tsp of coconut extract
  • 1/4 cup frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Ice


  1. Add to a blender and enjoy!
